Last week, I had the opportunity to connect with clients, partners, and friends at two events in Sweden and Denmark. I was reminded of the important role human connection plays in a fast-evolving tech landscape. While we cannot deny the pace of AI development, it is the people behind the technology that truly drive its purpose.

From manufacturing and automotive to energy, AI is transforming every major industry. My conversations with leaders from businesses and organisations in Sweden reinforced a key insight that success in large-scale AI projects depends on a digital agility mindset and seamless global collaboration. FPT, with our global workforce of AI-augmented engineers, is well positioned to deliver world-class AI solutions to our clients and support their business transformation.

5. By sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and contributing to communities, the women leaders around me have driven FPT’s AI initiatives, built a supportive workplace that lifts others up, and also helped create a more sustainable future for the broader community.
