The client, a long-established Japanese manufacturing enterprise with operations in Vietnam, Mexico, and other countries, sought to modernize factory management through a conversation-based information retrieval system. Their goal was to enable floor managers and supervisors to access operational data using natural language in multiple languages (Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Spanish), without navigating complex ERP/MES systems or SQL dashboards. As a solution, FPT developed a lightweight, on-premise GenAI/LLM-powered web application that ensured secure, real-time access to factory data, fully compliant with strict data privacy and IT policies.

Road testing is crucial in Europe, yet barriers like outdated frameworks and inconsistent standards hinder the validation of emerging technologies such as ADAS and autonomous driving. Our client, a global leader in cloud-based customer experience solutions, aims to address these challenges by developing a next-generation road test software tailored to the EU market. They partnered with FPT to design a robust testing framework that meets stringent European regulations and performance expectations across various domains, including safety and EV charging.
